If you are unhappy with any item you receive from us we offer a no quibble return & refund policy.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
We require notification by email ([email protected]) through the contact page or call our sales team (01246) 472758.  
They must be unused, unworn, and with all tags, tickets, etc. still attached.
If you have received a faulty item, or it is not the size you ordered, we will also refund your return postage
The cost of returning items that do not fall into the above categories will be the buyer's responsibility ALL returns must be sent by RECORDED signed for delivery.
Returns must include a note of your contact details, the product ordered, your name & address & reason for the items return-without this we cannot speedily process your return.
PLEASE NOTE All goods that have been returned simply because you have "changed your mind" we will refund the value of the goods, not the original postage charge.
